Sikaflex®-291i is a multi-purpose product used in shipbuilding. It is suitable for elastic and vibration-resistant seals, and can also be used for a variety of interior seals.

Sikaflex®-291i adheres very well to materials commonly used in marine construction, such as wood, metals, metal primers and paint systems (two-component systems), ceramic and plastic materials (fibreglass, etc.). Sikaflex®-291i must not be used for sealing on plastic materials subject to stress cracking (e.g. PMMA, PC, etc.).
