Description

The use of Idrostop is simple and fast. To apply the product, follow these steps:

  1. Spray the product on the surface to be treated from a distance of about 20 cm, with a wide and uniform motion.
  2. Avoid excessively saturating the fabric with the product. It is sufficient to apply a light veil, spraying first in a horizontal direction and then in a vertical direction.
  3. In case of particularly heavy situations, a second application can be made after the product has completely dried, usually after about 12 hours.
  4. If there is white residue on the fabric after drying due to excess product, remove it with a light brushing.
  5. Each can of Idrostop is sufficient to treat at least 6 square meters of fabric.

Shipments and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
