Description
Each ZIPWAKE Kit Box contains the following components.
Distribution Unit
The distribution unit is the heart of the system and can handle up to 6 S-Series interceptors. The unit is connected to the main control panel. It is robust, waterproof, oil-resistant and has a protected ignition for mounting in a machine room. A power cable is included for easy connection to a battery. The distribution unit is electrically protected, including its own protection fuse.
Control panel
Zipwake's unique 3D controls provide the driver with user-friendly, intuitive and precise control of trim, heel or course that is unparalleled. Each control panel has a built-in GPS antenna, but additional GPS signals can be acquired from a GPS source with an NMEA2000 network. The system automatically uses the source with the best reception. The panel's brightness sensor also automatically adjusts the display brightness and switches between Day and Night modes when the display mode is set to Auto.
Interceptors
The S Series comes with a pair of state-of-the-art, extremely fast and durable interceptors in different lengths. They are ideal for all boats from 6 to 18 metres in length (20-60ft). All components of the Zipwake system have been meticulously designed to resist shocks and prevent water ingress, minimising the risk of costly maintenance and downtime. The interceptors are driven by an electric servomotor without the need for calibration. Water cooling provides excellent working conditions for the brushless DC servo motor, which runs on 12-32 volts DC. The interceptors take only 1.5 seconds to fully extend the blades and are 5 times faster than conventional flaps.

Shipments and Returns
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will evaluate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you have chosen, shipping date estimates can be viewed on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
