Right of withdrawal The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason and without the need to provide explanations, subject to compliance with the procedures indicated below. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send the withdrawal request within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. The return must be made by the Customer, through the shipment of the products subject to withdrawal, by courier of their choice. The products must be shipped, within 14 working days from the date of delivery, to the following address: Nautica 21 Nodi Via A. De Gasperi, 249/b 80053 Castellammare di Stabia (NA) For the valid exercise of the aforementioned right of withdrawal, the Customer must comply with the following conditions and procedures: The withdrawal may also apply only to individual products forming the subject of a single Purchase Contract, provided that the withdrawal applies to the product as a whole; The products forming the subject of Purchase Contracts in relation to which the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any additional documentation); in particular, if the products consist of audiovisual products or magazines, the packaging seals and/or SIAE markings must not be broken or removed; The Customer will be responsible, at their own expense and care, for the shipment and return of the products to Nautica 21 Nodi; If the returned product is damaged during transport, Nautica 21 Nodi will only be required to notify the Customer Consumer of the incident in order to allow them to promptly report it to the courier of their choice, against whom (and/or their insurance company) they can claim; Nautica 21 Nodi is in no way responsible for damages, thefts, or losses of products subject to return; all related risks are therefore the sole responsibility of the Customer Consumer. Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, Nautica 21 Nodi will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the products subject to the Purchase Contract of withdrawal, within 30 days from the return of the products themselves. The refund will only concern the price of the returned products, excluding order handling fees (packaging, transport, cash on delivery, etc.). Since Nautica 21 Nodi applies flat-rate shipping and cash on delivery costs based on the purchase, in case of withdrawal, the customer may be charged the difference between the flat-rate costs applied to the order and the costs actually incurred by Nautica 21 Nodi. The refund will be made by crediting the amount charged to the Credit Card indicated by the Customer Consumer or by Bank Transfer, in accordance with the corresponding instructions and bank details provided by the Customer. In any case of non-compliance with the conditions and methods of exercising the withdrawal provided above, as well as in case of damage to the products for reasons other than their transport, the Purchase Contract will remain valid and effective, and Nautica 21 Nodi will return the improperly returned products to the Customer sender, charging them for the corresponding shipping costs.
