RUPES CUT & FINISH Wool Buffers for Rotary Polishing Machines represent a major step forward in rotary polisher pad technology, offering versatility and efficiency. These pads use only high-quality genuine merino wool fibers, finished to a constant length of 20mm and assembled on a sponge interface. Due to their unique design, CUT & FINISH pads offer optimized balance, exceptional cut and better finish than any other wool pad for rotary polishers in a variety of applications.

Designed to provide incredible cutting speed, reduced risk of rotary swirls and improved process efficiency while maintaining a smooth, vibration-free, user experience. The all-new RUPES natural wool woven rotary buffers are available in three sizes and are compatible with virtually all rotary polishing tools on the market today. Each woven natural wool pad is made from a premium blend of 100 percent natural lambswool and assembled with a precise thread length of 35 mm. No synthetic fibers or fillers are used in the construction of the pad, and each yarn is steam-treated to ensure consistency and colorfastness.

RUPES POLISHING PAD

Rupes BLUE COARSE wool pad for random orbital, rotoeccentric and triple action.

The coarse wool pads for random orbital, rotocentric and triple action are specially designed for the removal of severe paint defects.

The blue sponge of the coarse wool pad is stiffer and denser, which maximises the translation of the tool's movement across the work surface, providing greater cutting power.

Use with polishers LHR21, LK900E.

The yellow wool medium polishing pads for random orbital, rotoecentric and triple action are specially designed for the removal of moderate defects. The yellow sponge of the medium wool pad is much more flexible to allow better control over curves and contours, as well as providing a softer backing for improved finishing ability.The range of yellow wool pads features a constant fibre length of 150/180 mm across the entire surface.

The DA FINE Sponge Pad is the most versatile pad in the RUPES BigFoot range, providing at the same time a high level of defect removal and excellent finishing ability on most paint systems. 

Can be used with all dual action polishers.

The ULTRA-FINE DA Sponge Pad represents the finest material in our sponge pads and is designed to achieve an ultra-glossy finish even on matte or very 

soft. The unique material composition of this pad is also ideal for applying sealers and waxes when no defect correction is required.

Can be used with all dual action polishers.

The FINE SPONGE WAFFLE PAD is designed to remove moderate blemishes and imperfections while leaving an excellent finish on any type of paint. The pad's new textured surface provides a comfortable polishing experience. These pads are designed for use with BigFoot Rotary Fine Abrasive Paste and can support any rotary polisher besides the BigFoot LH19E.

ULTRA-FINE SPONGE WAFFLE PAD is designed to remove minor imperfections and create an incredibly high-gloss finish. The textured surface offers great stability when correcting minor flaws or removing halos left by previous, more aggressive polishing steps, without overheating the surface and providing a smooth, comfortable application. These pads are designed for use with the BigFoot UNO Pure polish and can support any rotary polisher besides the BigFoot LH19E.
