The device allows you to display the dropped chain in meters or feet, indicating the chain descent speed and voltage tension. Furthermore, the ascent alarm function alerts the user when the chain is being lifted too quickly, thus preventing any potential damage to the boat. The power/tone adjustment button allows for a personalized user experience. The LCD display with a wide viewing angle and backlit screen allows for easy reading of information, while the 8 levels of contrast ensure optimal clarity in any lighting condition. The device menu is available in 6 languages (IT, EN, FR, DE, ES, GR) to meet the needs of users from different nationalities. The THETIS 8000 nautical chain counter can handle free fall of the chain and offers parallel connection capability. The USB cable and charger are included, as well as the device mount. Shipments and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.
