Description

Developed with Sinumax technology for professional use, they guarantee the necessary power with reduced size. The particular feature of Sinumax technology is the high peak power for startups, as required by refrigerators, electric motors, lamps, etc. Technical features include an aluminum casing, forced ventilation with temperature sensors, protection against short circuits, alarm for excessively high or low battery voltage, reverse polarity, output voltage return, etc. If you want the automatic switching function to another AC power source, we recommend the Multiplus inverter/charger, which has this integrated function and you can deactivate only the charger. Phoenix: a) Connection to PC via VE-Bus to USB port. b) Remote on/off. Phoenix Smart: a) Configurable integrated Bluetooth with tablet or smartphone. b) VE-DIRECT serial port for connection to PC via VE-Direct to USB cable. c) ECO mode that puts the inverter in Stand-by if the load drops below a preset value. d) Remote on/off.

Shipments and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
