Shipping of your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via TNT with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with TNT ITALIA with a request for a signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into a single order. We are unable to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping charges will be applied for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items.

The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well protected.
