Description

The sump has integrated sensors for automatic pump control and reliably manages typical waste from showers/kitchens up to 90°C, even in complex multiple drain systems. The triple-seal splash-proof lid, made of polypropylene-glass, integrates the electronics, isolating them from contact with water. No moving parts are prone to jamming over time. The tank has a convex base for maximum emptying and pre-formed hose ports for precision drilling. The Gulper pumps can be installed directly on the sump by following the installation guide printed on the tank. The sumps are compatible with the entire Gulper series, recommended pumps in the diagram below. The sensor height relative to the outlet door is optimized to eliminate the typical suction noise of other sumps on the market. The 20-liter model offers 25% more capacity with a dual sensor that allows for the installation of an additional pump, which activates in case of high inflows, or the mounting of a high-level alarm.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
