Description

GRIPPY Tracker constantly sends the GPS location, detecting high or low tide, anchor dragging, theft attempts, tampering, and impacts on the griphandle, sending alarms and notifications to the handheld device, and via SMS in the portable version. GRIPPY Tracker combines a powerful GPS receiver with a self-adjusting mechanism on the anchor point. A microprocessor system detects high or low tide, anchor dragging caused by currents or strong winds, effectively canceling out possible false alarms. The handheld device, which is very simple and intuitive in its functions, continuously monitors the anchor point, and if it drags beyond a previously set range, it immediately alerts of possible danger. The portable Tracker handheld device is equipped with a rechargeable battery, with a battery life of over 100 hours, with a pre-installed SIM card without expiration or subscription: it can send notifications directly to the smartphone. The ABR system, with a breaking load of 1200 kg, stainless steel grip handle, night illumination, railing support, and solar charging complete the device.

Shipments and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will evaluate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you have chosen, shipping date estimates can be viewed on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
