Instructions:

Thoroughly wet the area to be treated to cool it down.
Apply the product to the treated area.
If the surface is large, work in sections.
Wait a moment for the product to work properly.
Use a sponge to evenly distribute the product and clean the area.
Rinse thoroughly.
Dry the surface with a microfiber cloth to remove any traces of water and soap.
Repeat the same steps on the entire cushion, until the entire surface is treated.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.
