Description

Recommended usage: 1. Shake the product well before use. 2. Apply the product to the surface to be treated with a sponge or cloth, ensuring that all affected areas are covered. 3. Allow the product to work for a few minutes, rubbing with the sponge or cloth if necessary to remove stubborn dirt or stains. 4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until the product is completely removed from the surface. 5. Dry the surface well with a dry cloth or allow it to air dry, depending on the type of surface treated. Note: For particularly delicate or painted surfaces, it is recommended to perform a test on a small hidden area before using the product.

Shipments and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.
