Description

In application of DM 101 of 12/5/2016 published in the Official Gazette no. 137 of 14/6/2016, at the end of 2017 the CoGePir, Consortium for the Management of Pyrotechnics, was established, which involves the main national producers and importers in collaboration with UCINA and Cobat. CoGePir is a non-profit consortium established to deal with the end-of-life cycle of all pyrotechnic products, providing free collection, storage, and treatment of expired pyrotechnic products. Therefore, starting from January 2, 2018, for all sales made in Italy (including foreign-flagged vessels transiting in Italian territorial waters), an eco-contribution is required to support the collection and treatment operations.

Shipments and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will evaluate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you have chosen, shipping date estimates can be viewed on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
