Description

The new UNIVERSAL capacitive level sensor is compatible with STD (240/33 Ohm, 12V) and VDO (10/180 Ohm, 12V) measuring instruments and can be adapted to most instruments on the market. In the case of managing the VDO instrument, simply cut the copper jumper. It has an alarm output that can be acoustic or visual, and is programmed at 20% (for empty alarm). The sensor has no moving parts, therefore wear is avoided. It offers precision in measurement, reliability, and quality. It has been designed to meet the demand for a precise, durable, and easy-to-install sensor. It has only two connection cables like a normal resistive sensor. The patented electronic system allows the sensor to be self-powered. It can be connected to the measuring instrument in place of any other existing sensor without any special precautions. Therefore, there are no costs associated with switching to this type of sensor from any other current model. Upon request, we can provide sensors up to 1000mm in height.

Shipments and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will evaluate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you have chosen, shipping date estimates can be viewed on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
