HIGH PERFORMANCE
Thanks to the new high-performance motor, consumption is reduced by 15% (average consumption of similar tools 380lt/min) without compromising performance.
LOWER CONSUMPTION
Thanks to its reduced air consumption, only 320lt/min, the new SKORPIO is more cost-effective and environmentally friendly than most similar tools.
SKORPIO 6 mm: the 6 mm orbit is the result of years of field experience by RUPES technicians. The size of the orbit allows for maximum efficiency (time/result) in leveling putty and removing paint layers without compromising the quality of the final result. Up to 20% more effective than a tool with a 5 mm orbit. The most suitable abrasive grain is between P100 and P320.
DESIGN
The entire SKORPIO is designed with comfort and user safety in mind.
The machine body is covered in non-slip rubber.
The construction of the ergonomic lever supports the wrist during operation. When fully pressed, it "disappears" inside the machine body, avoiding annoying unevenness.
The space between the handle and the exhaust is the widest in its category, allowing the user's fingers to fit comfortably.
No special tools are required to remove the backing pad, except for a common hex key stored under the lever.
PATENTED STARTING LEVER
The brand new ergonomic design, unique in its kind, moves the fulcrum of the starting lever forward when pressed, raising the rear and creating a stable and ergonomic support for the operator's hand/arm system. The operator's hand will consequently be much less stressed compared to a traditional tool.
SERVICE KEY
To quickly replace the backing pad for different applications or for regular daily maintenance of the SKORPIO (by vacuuming deposited dust, not blowing). Keeping the SKORPIO dust-free improves performance and reduces wear and tear.
MULTI-STAGE SILENCER
The brand new silencer ensures maximum comfort for the user even during prolonged applications. RUPES has achieved a low noise level (only 78dB) without compromising the performance of the SKORPIO.
SLIM MULTIHOLES BACKING PAD
Thanks to its reduced height, the brand new RUPES backing pad allows easy access to hard-to-reach areas and increases tool stability by lowering the center of gravity.
ANTI-SPINNING HOOD
Thanks to the protective hood, the backing pad does not rotate freely when the machine is not in contact with the surface, preventing scratches upon contact. The hood also ensures more effective dust extraction during sanding.

Shipments and Returns
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).
