Its reduced expansion force during polymerization and flexibility make it suitable for the installation of windows and doors. White color. Pressurized canister of 600 ml with rubber valve. The product is suitable for: - Sound and thermal insulation, against heat loss and drafts - Filling of joints around windows and doors - Filling around pipe/cable penetrations - Insulation and filling of voids and cavities - The product can be used for internal and external applications.

Sikaflex®-296 is a one-component elastic polyurethane adhesive for direct glazing of glass in the shipbuilding industry, which cures through exposure to atmospheric moisture and is suitable for fillings. This high-performance adhesive meets the regulations established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and is designed for direct glazing applications in the shipbuilding and refitting markets. Sikaflex®-296 is suitable for use with all types of glass-based windows used in the Marine industry, but before using it on materials prone to stress cracking, it is recommended to perform tests on original substrates and seek advice from the manufacturer. It should also be noted that this adhesive is only suitable for experienced professional users.
