Fantasie di ElisirÂ® by Mafra is a line of highly concentrated and refined essences, perfect for scenting the rooms of your home, hotel, and all the spaces we frequent every day. The fragrances, based on pure essential oil, are able to neutralize any odor and last at least 3 days, guaranteeing a truly unique olfactory experience. The Blue Ocean fragrance is characterized by marine olfactory notes, with a hint of Bergamot and Grapefruit as top notes, Ozonic and Marine as heart notes, and finally an amber and Vetiver finish as base notes. To use the air freshener, it is recommended to spray the product at a distance of 30-40 cm on the surfaces of interest, or directly in the environment. For small spaces, it is sufficient to spray the product 1-2 times, while for medium-sized rooms at least 3 times. However, since the fragrances are highly concentrated, it is important not to exceed their use. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your parcel being delivered to the returning courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.
