MARINE XP-900 POLYMER SPRAY SEALANT is' a versatile protection product within the RUPES MARINE System, offering up to 3 months of durability. Safe on gelcoat, metal, glass, vinyl and painted surfaces, it provides UV protection, high gloss and a smooth, hydrophobic finish for easy cleanup. Its unique formula, based on polymeric sealers and nanoparticles, enhances color depth and water beading effect. It is quick and easy to use with a microfiber cloth and can also be applied to wet surfaces as an aid in drying while adding protection.

REVEAL STRONG has been formulated to remove the most stubborn residues, fillers, adhesives and oily residues. REVEAL STRONG reveals the true condition of the surface to be polished, removing anything that could mask defects.

The formula has been developed exclusively for use on fully polymerised, hard and chemical-resistant paints or similar applications.

REVEAL STRONG should always be applied to a cloth and not directly to the surface.

Clean immediately with a clean, soft microfibre polishing cloth until the product has dried.

Inspect the surface and repeat the treatment if necessary.

REVEAL LITE is a surface preparation and cleaning product specifically formulated to remove residues, waxes, coatings and other contaminants left on surfaces before or after polishing.

Also effective as a glass cleaner.

Instructions for correct use:

REVEAL LITE, apply generously to the surface to be cleaned (if the surface has been recently painted, spray the product onto a cloth, do not spray directly onto the surface).

Clean immediately with a clean, soft microfibre polishing cloth until the product has dried.

Inspect the surface and repeat the treatment if necessary.

RUPES CUT & FINISH Wool Pads for Rotary Polisher represent a major step forward in rotary polisher pad technology, offering versatility and efficiency. These pads use only high-quality fibres of genuine merino wool, trimmed to a consistent length of 20mm and assembled on a sponge backing.

Thanks to their unique design, CUT & FINISH pads offer optimised balance, exceptional cutting and a better finish than any other wool pad for rotary polishers in a variety of applications.

CUT & FINISH pads are compatible with most rotary polishers on the market today, but offer optimal performance with low-speed, high-torque tools such as the RUPES BigFoot LH19E rotary polisher.

Fine rotary sponge pads are designed to remove surface defects and moderate imperfections while restoring high gloss. The new sponge structure provides a smooth and comfortable polishing experience. They are ideal for the Fine Rotary abrasive paste from the BigFoot line and for the Rupes LH19E rotary polisher.

These new pads feature a completely new sponge formulation that is specifically optimised for rotary application. Open-cell sponge materials have been chosen to minimise excessive heat, while the pad profile helps prevent accidental contact between the backing pad and the work surface.

Ultra-fine sponge pads for rotary polishers are designed to remove minor imperfections and leave an incredibly shiny finish. They are made with an open-cell foam formula which, in addition to offering great stability in correcting paint defects or removing holograms left by previous polishing stages, is perfect for counteracting the stress caused by rotary movement. Highly recommended when using rotary polishers on dark colours, they are suitable for use with BigFoot Rotary Ultra-fine abrasive paste and the LH19E rotary polisher.

The new RUPES ROTARY FLAT wool pads for rotary machines are designed for cutting applications in the industrial, marine and automotive sectors. Manufactured to guarantee unrivalled performance and versatility, they feature a flat surface design without a sponge interface for optimum efficiency. They are ideal for applications with RUPES XC-2 and Rotary Coarse abrasive pastes. Each pad, made from 100% natural wool, undergoes meticulous treatment to achieve superior quality. The 25 mm long wool fibres offer strength without compromising performance.

D-A COARSE wool polishing pads, designed for dual action polishers, are specifically made to effectively remove the most severe paint defects. The blue sponge of the pad is both stiffer and denser, improving the transfer of the tool's movement to the work surface and thus increasing cutting power.

For use with LHR21 and LK900E polishers.

Sika® Remover-208 is used for preliminary cleaning of heavily contaminated nonporous substrates. It can be used to clean painted surfaces before bonding and to remove excess, uncured Sikaflex® adhesive or sealant from application tools or dirty surfaces.

Sikaflex®-221 is a high-quality, versatile single-component polyurethane adhesive/sealer that cures with exposure to atmospheric moisture. It is suitable for interior sealing and simple bonding applications. It adheres well to a wide range of substrates and is suitable for making permanently elastic sealants with high bonding power. Suitable substrates include materials such as metals, metal primers and paint systems (two-component systems), ceramic and plastic materials.
